Latex-free, and you can tell
Polyisoprene is a synthetic rubber. It protects exactly as latex does, and carries the same CE marking, but it contains no natural latex and no casein. That is what makes it usable when you are allergic, and what gives it its feel: softer, closer to skin, without the characteristic rubber smell.
The nominal width is 53 mm, slightly under the 56 mm standard size. They are lubricated, transparent, teat-ended.
One precaution does not change: latex-free does not mean anything goes. Polyisoprene is damaged by greasy products exactly as latex is. Water-based or silicone-based lubricants only, never oil or petroleum jelly.
