What you pay
Delivery is free from your very first bottle in mainland France. There is no minimum to reach : one item is enough.
To the French overseas territories it costs €1.90, whatever your order comes to. For Europe and the rest of the world, the cost depends on the country and the weight of the parcel.
You can also choose a pickup point or an express delivery. These options are paid for, and their price appears in your basket before payment, never after.

What does delivery cost where you are?

Prices include tax for the country you picked. The exact rate, worked out on your real order, appears in the basket before payment.
A parcel nobody notices
Every order leaves in a plain box or envelope. Neither our name, nor the contents, nor any mention appears on the outside : to the postman and to your neighbour, it is an ordinary parcel.
The wording on your bank statement is just as discreet. It says neither what you ordered nor who from.
If the parcel arrives damaged
Handed to you in person, at a pickup point or by the driver : if it is visibly damaged, refuse it. It comes straight back to us and we ship your order again at no cost.
Left in your letterbox, or damage found on opening : write to us within a few days with a photo of the parcel and its contents. We ship again or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Either way, our customer service answers Monday to Friday, 11am to 6.30pm.
