Payment by card

Our card payments are handled by E-MonétiqueWe use 3-D Secure to validate your transactions, which confirms that you are the cardholder. The payment system is secured by SSL (https). We accept debit and credit cards.

On your bank statement, the payment appears as "DISCOUNT DISTRIBUTION".

Payment by bank transfer

You may pay for your order by bank transfer. Our account is in France and transfers must be in euros. Ordered items are not reserved while we wait for the transfer. If we do not receive payment within 7 days, your order is cancelled.

Our IBAN is sent to you automatically by e-mail once your order is confirmed.

Payment by cheque

We accept payment by cheque; your order ships once your cheque has cleared. Ordered items are not reserved. The payee, the amount and the postal address are sent to you once your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to hold your order for up to 15 days after your cheque has been banked, in order to confirm that it has cleared. If the cheque bounces, we charge a €20 incl. VAT rejection fee.

Refunds

We refund you using the payment method you used for your order, at no cost to you. If you would rather have a credit note for a future order, we are happy to issue one, but the choice is yours: we never impose it.
